  • Long history of experience in technical sales including wired and wireless networks, telecom platforms and software, cloud based solutions and consulting, and various TDM & IP protocols and architecture.

  • Able to develop and implement strategic AND tactical business plans relating to sales, marketing, financial and operational functions within the telecom, internet and information technology sectors and markets.

  • Team player with ability to communicate well internally and build consensus amongst team members.

  • Excellent accounting and financial analysis experience. Ability to create and manage budgets that closely match performance metrics to new sales and marketing programs within a unit or company.

  • Skilled in Project Management and specifically with voice and data networks, WAN, LAN, NOC, Call centers and IVR’s, design, implementation and management of all related technologies.

  • Successful completion of multiple large, complex programs relating to global IVR, carrier-grade networks & phone systems.

  • Well versed in developing project business cases, user requirements & UX design as well as deep experience with ongoing project gap analysis, PM tools and industry best practices.

  • Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) & 6-Sigma design steps needed for mutual understanding of status-risks-issues-timeline and leading to team acceptance of program goals.

  • Multiple “hybrid personalities” allowing Onestop to easily work across technical depts (IT, OPS) as well as non-technical functional departments (sales, marketing, finance) to interpret strategies and tactics of each building a clear understanding from each diverse departmental perspective.

  • Very familiar with many data governance policies and procedures and the tools needed to implement and manage such policies and procedures across all stakeholder groups.

  • Deep knowledge of steps needed to define, justify and develop “cross-functional” metrics a as part of any complex technology and IVR program required by departmental and senior management.

  • Strong inter-personal, marketing and writing skills allows Onestop to clearly document and communicate program objectives before, during and after successful completion of project.

  • Intimate familiarity with all steps needed to define “upper” process steps such as stakeholders, mission and milestones as well as sub-processes, specific roles, procedures and steps at individual levels. Able to communicate the above across company to ensure that business needs are met.

  • Familiar with creating and storing the necessary documentation as well as process flow charts and data maps required for such projects by all stakeholders including consumers, users, data owners, management and administrators.
